What we process

For the website and waitlist, this can include your email address, chosen username, account credentials and the technical information needed to deliver a secure website. For the app, this can include profile details, statistics and to-dos, optional proof photos, friends activity you deliberately share, push tokens, and the choices you make in the app.

Optional automatic tracking is controlled separately in the app. It is designed to use aggregated daily values rather than raw content: for example, counts rather than contact names, calendar titles, messages or exact location coordinates. Health and fitness data is only processed if you explicitly enable the relevant app permission, and is never used for advertising, marketing or data mining.

How we use it

We use data to create and secure your account, provide tracking, friends, chat and notification features, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and let you join the launch waitlist. Your email is used for launch messages only when you opt in.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your data. We use service providers to operate RLStats, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage and server functions, and Cloudflare Pages to deliver this website. In the app, Google services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging may be used for notifications and Google Play services where applicable. Friends only receive the information you deliberately choose to share with them.

Retention, deletion and your choices

We retain account data while your account exists. Deleted app entries, photos and to-dos are removed; delivered chat content is designed to be removed from the server after delivery. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or use our account deletion page if you cannot access the app.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may withdraw optional permissions at any time in the app or device settings. Contact us at [email protected].

Security and age

RLStats uses security measures such as TLS, database access controls and encryption designed for sensitive app content. The service is intended for people aged 16 or older; younger users need a parent or guardian’s permission.

Updates

We may update this policy as RLStats evolves. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
