Delete your account
You can initiate deletion inside the app at any time, without having to contact support.
1. In the app — fastest
Open RLStats and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirming deletes the account and associated data permanently.
2. Without access to the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my RLStats account” and include the username or email address of the account. We will confirm once the request is completed.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes your account credentials, profile details, statistics, to-dos, uploaded photos, friendships, push registration and any server-held chat data that has not already been removed after delivery. This cannot be undone.
If a store subscription is ever active on your account, cancel it separately in that store’s subscription settings. Deleting an RLStats account does not itself cancel a store-managed subscription.
