Community Guidelines
Friends and chat should make RLStats more useful—not less safe.
Be respectful
Do not harass, threaten, shame, target or discriminate against anyone. Do not impersonate people, spam them, or use RLStats to coordinate illegal activity.
Keep private things private
Only share personal information, images or progress that you have the right to share. Never publish someone else’s private details, credentials, location, health information or images without their clear permission.
Report a problem
Need to report content or behaviour?
Use the in-app Support screen, or email [email protected]. Include the username, what happened, when it occurred and any relevant context or screenshot. We review reports and may take action where necessary.
If you do not want contact with someone, use the block function in the friends/social area. Blocking prevents that person from searching for you or sending you new friend requests.
What happens after a report
We assess reports in context and may remove access to features, restrict or delete accounts, or preserve information where needed to handle abuse or meet legal obligations. We do not promise a specific response time, but reports are handled as support and safety requests.
